Office Operations Specialist
Salary Range $47,476 $60,232
The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Office Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to Central Office and Research Institute staff.
Operations support includes: Providing technical assistance with computer applications and electronic routing software; assist with IT related requests/helpdesk/requests for hardware; provide security administration; facilitating new employee computer, network, phone, email, and corporate credit card access; liaison with phone providers; liaison to the Board of Directors and Committees; assist in preparation of materials for meetings; oversee requests for travel arrangements, develop procedures for travel requests and reimbursements; assist in streamlining corporate administrative functions; and other duties as needed.
Qualifications for position: An Associate degree and four years of office administrative assistance experience or Bachelor degree and two years of office administrative experience.
Skills and knowledge required: Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel required. Experience with MS outlook or similar scheduling software. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills and knowledge: MS Access, Adobe Sign, Oracle Business Applications
